Census Manager Overview

What Is a Census File?

Census files are a key ingredient to any wellness program. In layman terms, a census file is a list of all of the employees within a company. Oftentimes, spouses and or dependants are also included in census files if the company chooses to offer the program to these individuals as well. We have placed such a high priority upon maintaining the integrity of our cleints’ data that we have created a product called the Census Manager that is an easy way for clients to view the history of their company’s census files.

Easily Upload Your Files.

Recently, there has been an increased demand for the ability to not only send census files via email or mail via DVD but also upload census files via our new online website. To accomplish this, we have created a new service called the “Census Manager” which can be used by select administrators or IT people to send us current census information. This service can be activited for individuals by contacting your company’s Account Manager at 800-467-3005.

Accessing the Census Manager

The Census Manager is an administrative utility that is ideal for HR Directors or IT Personnel. In order to access this utility, please speak with your Account Manager and request that this tool be activated for a particular account. Once the Census Manager has been turned on for specific individuals, they simply need to login to the Kersh Wellness website as usual and click on “Census Manager” located on the left side navigation bar.

Uploading a Census File

In order to upload a census file, administrators simply need to click on the “Browse” button and select the file they wish to send. Once selected, this census file will automatically be sent to our IT Department for upload into our system.
