very good article except it is not good to drink right before, during or right after eating. Liquids dilute your digestive acids and food will not digest as well. Wait an hour. Plan your drinking so you are well hydrated an hour before eating until an hour after.

I have been drinking more water thru the evening up until going to bed-maybe 3 glasses between 8 and 11. I find I sleep better and feel more hydrated in the AM but sometimes I wake up during the nite to go to the bathroom (not sure why that's not every nite). I have no problem returning to sleep but I think some people would.
