Section 5 – Exercise
Exercise is a great way to improve employee wellness, but is also an important step toward creating corporate fitness programs. By identifying which activities members currently enjoy, members can gain a better understanding of their own exercise interests and begin to develop a balanced approach toward new exercise activities.
Section 6 – Nutrition
Nutrition and wellness go hand-in-hand. The HRA wellness survey helps members maintain accountability and actively monitor how many servings of fruits, vegetables, meats, and other food members are currently eating. Knowing this information helps members to make adjustments in their eating habits and reduce obesity.
Section 7 – Wellness Knowledge
This section focuses on estimating members’ current level of knowledge in categories including nutrition, exercise, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, and medical self-care.
Section 8 – Medical History and Current Health Status
The final section in the HRA is focused on personal and family medical history. Cateloging this information is key to determining members’ wellness scores.
HRA Completion
Once members have completed their HRA, the following message will appear on the HRA page: “Congratulations! You have completed your HRA. See the next step about getting certificate of completion.” Members can print out their certificate of completion to bring with them for Biometric Testing as proof of HRA completion. Once the HRA has been processed and Biometric Testing has been completed (if applicable), members will receive their own personal wellness score.
