Additional Telehealth Applications
If Telehealth is a service that is available for your company, members will also be able to access an additional Telehealth page from the Kersh Wellness website. After logging into the website, a “Telehealth” icon will appear on the left-hand side of the screen under “Services”. Clicking on this icon will launch a special application that: allows members to Learn About Telehealth, take a Telehealth Assessment, and Schedule a TeleHealth Appointment. The information in the Telehealth Assessment will help members set health goals that can help them as they work with their health professional. The screenshot below includes questions that are available for members working with a Registered Dietician. The last part of the screenshot (Step 3), provides members with information on their next appointment. If they wish to change their appointment with a health professional, this can be done by clicking on the “Change Appointment” button.
