Health videos are available for viewing via the Kersh Wellness website (www.kershwellness.com), the MYKAMUNITY website (www.mykamunity.com), and Health Stations. Most health videos last 3 to 5 minutes and can be viewed in one setting. After a health video has been watched, employees are asked to rate the video from 1 to 5. By rating the health video, employees receive incentive credit for valuable rewards offered by employers.
