Incentives Summary:

Incentives are a great way for companies to increase participation within their wellness program. Statistics have shown that employees are most likely to get involved and continue to stay involved in a corporate wellness program if they are financially incentivized to do so. One of the key features of our wellness package includes the ability to setup a completely customized incentive plan that automatically integrates with any or all of our services. Companies can choose which interventions to give the most incentives for and which pieces of the program are mandatory.

By setting up a custom incentive program with one of our Account Managers, expect to receive the highest possible participation and thus positive effect upon your companies bottom line that is possible. The best incentive plans are created by looking at year-over-year medical claims expenses using ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes. Then, after targeting specific expenses with tailored interventions, provide an attractive incentive for each and every covered life within your companies insurance policy. Employees can then monitor their progress by logging into our Kersh Wellness website or by using a Health Station.

Incentives

Corporate wellness incentives are a great way to motivate employees to participate in their health and wellness program. Members can access their incentive plan by logging into Kersh Wellness and clicking on “Incentives”, located on the left side navigation bar. Each company can choose from hundreds of combinations of options that they wish to provide for their employees each year. The incentives page is an easy-to-use way for members to find out exactly how many incentive points they have accumulated and determine what else they must do in order to receive maximum incentive credit.
