 Overview

What is a Wellness Score?

Your personal Wellness Score is an easy way to learn more about your individual health status in 6 different categories. These categories include: Heart Health, Fitness, Stress, Personal Health & Safety, On-The-Job Health, and Nutrition. The scores for these 6 categories are calculated using information that is collected by taking a Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) and by attending Biometric Testing. An Overall Wellness Score is also provided, which is the average of you 6 category scores.

Personal Health Manager (PHM) Report:

Once your Wellness Score has been calculated, you will also receive a Personal Health Manager (PHM) report. This report is a 20 page in-depth analysis of you and your personal health. Within this report you will find information pertaining to your personal health strengths and health risks. Guidance is provided within the report that will help you learn how to better your understanding of lifestyle modifiable risk factors that can help you improve your health and Wellness Score year over year. Your PHM will be mailed to you and is also available for download via your Kersh Wellness personal website.

Viewing Your Wellness Score

In order for members to view their Wellness Score, they must first log in to the Kersh Wellness website. After logging in, their Wellness Score will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Clicking on the Wellness Score button located on the left side navigation bar will bring up the Wellness Score page. This page provides information about how they are doing in each of the 6 wellness categories Members can also click on the “Download Personal Health Manager Report” button to view their personal report.
